Method for preparing stable steel slag building block through normal-pressure accelerated carbonization
The invention relates to a method for preparing a stable steel slag building block through normal-pressure accelerated carbonization. The method comprises the following steps: preparing slurry, preparing a steel slag building block green body, preparing a pretreated steel slag building block green body and preparing a steel slag building block. According to the method for stabilizing the steel slag building block, solid waste is subjected to resource utilization, and meanwhile non-pure CO2 and waste heat in industrial waste gas are utilized, so that the whole steel slag building block production process is low-carbon and environmentally friendly; by adjusting various carbonization reaction influence factors, the carbonization reaction of the steel slag building block is accelerated, and the stable and high-strength steel slag building block is prepared within a short time; by monitoring the internal relative humidity of a relatively thick steel slag building block green body, the water content in the steel slag is intelligently adjusted, so that the phenomenon that a compact carbonized product layer formed by surface carbonization reaction hinders inward diffusion and migration of CO2 is avoided, and the carbonization uniformity of the steel slag building block is improved; cO2 in industrial waste gas is permanently sealed in the steel slag building blocks, so that carbon emission in the environment can be reduced.
