The invention discloses an anti-collision cement road barrier which comprises a barrier body, V-shaped supporting boards and an elastic protective layer. The multiple V-shaped supporting boards are arranged and distributed outside the barrier body. The outer portion of the barrier body is coated with the elastic protective layer. The inner side of the elastic protective layer is connected with the V-shaped supporting boards. The phenomenon that a road barrier with the sharp angles hurts a pedestrian or a driver when a collision or a fall of the road barrier occurs can be avoided.
