The invention discloses a cement road barrier. The cement road barrier comprises a barrier seat and a barrier body which is fixed at the top of the barrier seat, wherein cross sections of the barrier seat and the barrier body are both trapezoidal; the width of the barrier seat is greater than that of the barrier body; locating holes which vertically run through the barrier seat are formed in the middle of the two sides of the barrier seat; an inserting hole which runs through the barrier body in a length direction of the barrier body is formed in the barrier body; an inserting pipe extending out of the barrier body is arranged in a port of one end of the inserting hole; and an inserting slot corresponding to the inserting pipe in size is formed in a port of the other end of the inserting hole. According to the cement road barrier disclosed by the invention, the cement barriers can be connected with each other through connecting rods and the cement barriers can be also arranged in an orderly way through the coordination between the inserting pipe and the inserting slot; and the cement barriers arranged in an orderly way are hard to move.
