The invention provides a walking hanging basket, which is used for installing a roof system curtain wall and is characterized by comprising a plurality of hanging hooks, I-shaped steel hooks, an I-shaped steel rail, a connecting rod, a walking trolley, a safe hanging plate, a steel wire rope, a hanging basket and an electric hoist, wherein the hanging hooks are uniformly distributed on a building steel structure overhanging eave truss; the I-shaped steel hooks are embedded into the hanging hooks to be fixed; the upper end of the I-shaped steel rail is embedded into the I-shaped steel hooks to be fixed; the connecting rod is arranged at the lower end of the I-shaped steel rail; the walking trolley covers the lower end of the I-shaped steel rail and is fixed; the safe hanging plate is arranged at the lower end of the I-shaped steel rail; one end of the steel wire rope is fixed with the walking trolley; the other end of the steel wire rope is fixed with the safe hanging plate; the hanging basket is connected with the walking trolley; each hanging hook is provided with a rotating shaft and a rotating hook; each rotating shaft is fixed with the building steel structure overhanging eave truss; and each rotating hook is rotationally connected with the corresponding rotating shaft.
