The invention relates to a front fulcrum hanging basket and a hanging basket walking method. The front fulcrum hanging basket comprises a hanging basket body, an anchoring system, a walking system and a thrust system. The walking system comprises a guide mechanism, a traction mechanism, a walking mechanism and a driving mechanism; the guide mechanism comprises two guide beams slidably connected to the upper portion of a poured beam section and guide beam anchoring parts, one end of the traction mechanism is connected with the front end of the hanging basket body, and the other end of the traction mechanism is slidably connected with the guide beams; the driving mechanism is arranged on the guide beam and located between the guide beam anchoring part and the traction mechanism, and the thrust system comprises a thrust base arranged on the hanging basket body and a thrust structure arranged at the bottom of a poured beam section and connected with the thrust base in an abutting mode. The anti-thrust structure comprises a pre-embedded supporting piece pre-embedded in the poured beam section, an anti-thrust block arranged outside the pre-embedded supporting piece in a sleeving mode and an anti-thrust anchoring piece for fixing the anti-thrust block and the poured beam section. The thrust system has the advantages of being convenient to install and higher in thrust strength.
