The invention discloses an intelligent seal which comprises an upper shell and a base. A control board and a battery are installed in the upper shell. A stamp is installed in the base, the upper shell is provided with an identity reading module and a camera, and an electronic lock mechanism is installed between the upper shell and the base. In use, a user identity is verified through the identity reading module firstly; after the user identity is verified, the camera works and photographs; after photographing and storing, the control board sends out an unlocking signal, the seal can be used after the electronic lock mechanism is opened, and accordingly privacy and uniqueness of the seal are greatly improved. The user does not need to worry about privacy and uniqueness of the seal, content of the stamp can be copied, the user feels free from worry, reassured and thoughtful, and the seal is very convenient to use.
