The system comprises a plurality of intelligent lead seals and a user terminal, the intelligent lead seals transmit the current lead seal state to the user terminal through an optimal path, and each intelligent lead seal specifically comprises a main machine shell, a first lead seal, a second lead seal, a third lead seal, a fourth lead seal, a fifth lead seal and a sixth lead seal, a metal sheet sealing strip, a locking device, a circuit board and a battery are arranged in the main case; the metal sheet sealing strip is used for being inserted into the locking device to form a closed circuit; the lock catch device is used for being matched with the copper sheet sealing strip to form a closed circuit, and lead sealing is completed. The circuit board is used for judging the lead sealing state and sending the current lead sealing state to the user terminal after the copper sheet sealing strip and the locking device form the closed circuit, and sending the current lead sealing state to the user terminal when the closed circuit is disconnected; the battery is used for supplying power to the intelligent lead seal; and the user terminal is used for receiving and displaying the current lead sealing state sent by the intelligent lead sealing.
