The invention relates to a transverse draining channel with longitudinal and transverse latticed drainage blind ditches and seepage collecting well points. The channel is characterized in that blow-filling of 80 cm mealy sand is carried out under the original field condition, and an original uneven field is leveled, then a 40 cm middle coarse sand mat is laid; a drainage board is reinforced on a foundation, driving construction is carried out, and then a layer of non-woven fabric is laid; 50 cm hill-skill soil is evenly laid on the upper portion of the non-woven fabric, according to a designed blind ditch plane position graph, the blind ditches are dug, and water collection wells are arranged at the crossing position of the blind ditches; and the blind ditches are covered with a geotechnical cloth inverted filter, backfilling of graded broken stone is carried out, and interlocking blocks are laid to form a simple stacking filed. Through the simple reasonable combination manner, the blind ditches are introduced to enable the water collection wells to be in series connection; and due to the fact that the blind ditches have certain depths, the large uneven deposition can be overcome, and smoothness of the horizontal draining channel is not affected.
