The present invention relates to a thermal-insulating wall. The thermal-insulating wall comprises a wall body layer, a leveling layer, an adhesive mortar layer, an extruded polystyrene board, a bonding layer and a decorating layer, wherein the adhesive mortar layer is provided with connecting members connected with the wall body layer, and the extruded polystyrene board is fixed with the adhesive mortar layer through anchor bolts. The bonding layer is adopted to protect the extruded polystyrene board, the heat insulation effect of the wall is raised, and the service life of the wall is also prolonged; insulation boards are connected with the wall body through mortar and are also fixed with the adhesive mortar layer through the anchor bolts, thereby raising the firm degree of the thermal-insulating wall.
