A hollow thermal insulation layer is defined by the two adjacent wall boards and the ribbed beams together. The ribbed beams comprise ribbed beam base bodies and reinforcing ribs arranged in the ribbed beam base bodies. The ribbed beam base bodies comprise glass bead thermal insulation concrete, and the reinforcing ribs comprise fiber reinforcing materials. The hollow thermal insulating wall can be suitable for multiple severe environments, the overall mass of the hollow thermal insulating wall is reduced, meanwhile, the hollow thermal insulating wall has the advantages of being low in heat conduction coefficient, light in mass, fireproof, resistant to high temperature and resistant to aging, practicality is effectively improved, and the service life is effectively prolonged.
