By means of the longitudinally-moving and transversely-moving flatcar system, overall beam loading can be conducted at preset transverse moving positions on the ground, and the longitudinally-moving and transversely-moving flatcar system is convenient to operate, easy to move, stable to move, safe and high in work efficiency.
