The invention provides a one-time deep treatment method of a new reclamation supersoft soil foundation. The method comprises the following steps that (1) an integrated composite working cushion layer is formed; (2) a vacuum preloading drainage system is arranged; (3) a vacuum preloading sealing system is arranged; and (4) a vacuumizing system is arranged, and is connected with the vacuum preloading drainage system through a pipeline; and then, a loading mode of vacuum loads is performed. Aiming at the new reclamation supersoft soil foundation, the invention adopts an improved deep treatment method; at least 60 days of working period can be shortened; the construction cost is effectively reduced; and an excellent foundation reinforcement effect is achieved.
