The present invention relates to the field of water treatment equipment, particularly to a water drain pipeline dredging oscillator, which comprises an oscillation hammer head 1, an extending pipeline 2 and a conduction bracket 3, wherein the oscillation hammer head 1 is connected at the top end of the extending pipeline 2, the other end of the extending pipeline 2 is connected with the conduction bracket 3, the extending pipeline 2 is wound on the conduction bracket 3, the conduction bracket 3 is provided with an energy storage battery, the outer surface of the extending pipeline 2 is provided with a waterproof outer skin, and a conducting wire is arranged inside the extending pipeline 2, and is connected with the oscillation hammer head 1. According to the present invention, before the siltation is impacted with high pressure water, the oscillation hammer head 1 is inserted into the siltation to continuously shale, and the siltation is oscillated and loosened and then the high pressure water impacting is performed, such that the maximum results can be achieved through the little effort.
