The invention provides a socket type key groove adjustable jacking comprising a screw rod vertically disposed in a vertical rod and a jacking rack. The jacking rack is formed by a bearer and a flat arranged on the top of the bearer; two sides of the flat are respectively provided with a vertical jacking side edge; a center adaptive to the external diameter of the screw rod formed in an axial center of the bearer; an internal thread adaptive to the external thread of the screw rod is disposed in the center hole; the bearer circumferentially comprises a first flat side wall and a second flat side wall both perpendicular to the flat; and the centers of the first and second side walls are relatively provided with a first tapered raised head and a second tapered raised head. With the cross rod connected to the side surface of the jacking, the jacking can be conveniently detached and possesses stable performance; directions and positions of the jacking on the vertical rod can be flexibly adjusted; vertical rods can be added to the upper and lower parts of the jacking; the socket type key groove adjustable jacking possesses enough strength, rigidity and stability; smooth and safe construction can be guaranteed; the socket type key groove adjustable jacking is simply structured, can be conveniently detached and can be reused for many times; and amortization cost can be reduced.
