The device comprises a clamping mechanism, wherein the clamping mechanism is arranged at iron tower legs, a hydraulic cylinder is arranged between the clamping mechanism and a fixed seat of the iron tower and connected with a hydraulic pump station via an oil pipe, and the hydraulic pump station is connected with a programmable logic controller. By the rapid repair hydraulic device, a new tower is not additionally arranged, repair time is short, economic loss caused by long power failure is avoided, and the line reliably runs.
