System and method of synergistic treatment of household garbage and energy resource comprehensive utilization with rotary cement kiln
The invention relates to a system and a method of synergistic treatment of household garbage and energy resource comprehensive utilization with a rotary cement kiln. The system includes a garbage metering and storing system, a grate furnace, a rotary kiln, a decomposition furnace, a pre-heater, a boiler water steam comprehensive utilization system, a grate cooler, a kiln head dust collector, an odor treatment system and a leachate treatment system. Household garbage is fermented to reduce the moisture to about 20% and then is fed into the grate furnace by a grab bucket for being combusted, and generated flue gas is fed into the decomposition furnace through a kiln tail smoke chamber. In the decomposition furnace, harmful substances in the gas are decomposed under a high-temperature environment, wherein the waste ash in the flue gas is fed into the rotary kiln with the materials in the decomposition furnace together and then is calcined to form clinker. Meanwhile, flue gas in the kiln is subjected to equivalent replacement in the kiln tail smoke chamber, wherein the flue gas, after passing through a boiler, is discharged into the kiln head dust collector to collecting dust and then is emitted into air through a chimney. The system is free of a garbage sorting facility. The method is simplified in processes and is reduced in cost, is reduced in operation cost of garbage treatment, so that the method and the system can improve the problem that there is no garbage sorting in China at present.
