Method for preparing potash fertilizer by treating household garbage fly ash with cement kiln
The invention relates to the technical field of household garbage fly ash treatment, and particularly discloses a method for preparing a potash fertilizer by treating household garbage fly ash by using a cement kiln. The method comprises the following steps: S1, putting fly ash and a raw material into a cement kiln system for calcining, and then extracting high-chlorine flue gas through an efficient chlorine removal system; S2, quenching the high-chlorine flue gas to 400 DEG C, obtaining flue gas particles containing high-chlorine crystals and then subjected to dust removal, returning removed coarse particles to a flue gas chamber, further cooling fine ash to 180 DEG C or below, and then performing dust collection to obtain high-chlorine ash; S3, carrying out multi-stage washing on the high-chlorine ash, carrying out filter-pressing solid-liquid separation to obtain a high-chlorine ash washing solution, and sending the separated sludge back to a cement kiln system for co-processing; and S4, performing evaporative crystallization on the high-chlorine grey water washing liquid to separate out potassium chloride crystal powder with the purity of more than 98%, and using the potassium chloride crystal powder to prepare the potash fertilizer. The preparation method has the advantages that the influence of the household garbage fly ash on the environment is reduced, and the comprehensive utilization of the fly ash is realized.
