Multi-fiber mixed thermal insulation mortar added with gypsum and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a multi-fiber mixed thermal insulation mortar added with gypsum. The mortar is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2 to 3 parts of paraffin, 2 to 3 parts of pre-gelatinized starch, 2.5 to 4 parts of wood fiber, 2 to 3 parts of sisal hemp short fiber, 1 to 1.5 parts of polypropylene fiber, 13 to 16 parts of expanded vermiculite powder, 11 to 14 parts of construction wastes, 18 to 21 parts of common silicate cement, 10 to 13 parts of gypsum, 20 to 24 parts of vitrified micro bead, 11 to 13 parts of phenolic foam particle, and 8 to 10 parts of synergist. Gypsum is used to replace part of cement and has a certain retarding effect, and thus the application time is prolonged. Multiple fibers such as sisal hemp short fiber, polypropylene fiber, and the like are added to enhance the tensile strength and anti-crack performance of mortar. The paraffin is added to enable the mortar to have a certain waterproof property. The addition of synergist further enhances the waterproof, dampproof, and mothproof effects, and the using amount of cement is reduced at the same time. The thermal insulation mortar has excellent performances and can be used to construct building walls.
