Manufacturing method of imitation India red stone concave and convex cobwebbing ceramic
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of imitation India red stone concave and convex cobwebbing ceramic. The method is easy to operate, and during the firing process, kiln transformation occurs on an enamel layer to form the imitation India red stone concave and convex cobwebbing ceramic. The method comprises the steps that chromophore materials containing ferric oxide, zirconium dioxide, cobaltous oxide, nickel oxide, chromic oxide, manganese dioxide, stannic dioxide, diboron trioxide, calcium oxide, strontium oxide and zinc oxide are prepared, and water is added for grinding; glaze slip is prepared by adding transparent basic glaze, the prepared glaze slip is applied to a ceramic body, during the firing process, when the temperature ranges from 200 DEG C to 800 DEG C, the temperature is increased by 180-200 DEG C per hour, when the temperature ranges form 800-1100 DEG C, the temperature is increased by 90-100 DEG C per hour, when the temperature ranges from 1100 DEG C to 2800 DEG C, the temperature is increased by 50-60 DEG C per hour, when the temperature reaches 1280-1290 DEG C, heat preservation is conducted for 0.5-1 h, fire is stopped for cooling, and after cooling is conducted on the ceramic body, the imitation India red stone concave and convex cobwebbing ceramic is obtained. Glazing in one time is adopted, the labor cost is greatly reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
