The invention discloses a manufacturing method of imitation India red stone line ceramic. The method is easy to operate, and during the firing process, kiln transformation occurs on an enamel layer to form the imitation India red stone line ceramic. The method comprises the steps that chromophore materials containing ferric oxide, zirconium dioxide, cobaltous oxide, nickel oxide, chromic oxide, manganese dioxide and stannic dioxide are prepared, glaze slip with 45-52% of total solid content is prepared by mixing a transparent basic glaze with the chromophore materials, and firing is conducted on a glazed ceramic body to obtain an imitation India red stone line ceramic product. According to the manufacturing method of the imitation India red stone line ceramic, the kiln transformation is happened on the enamel layer during the firing process, color spots with colors such as red, light red, ash black and white appear on the enamel layer of a fired ceramic product, the shade and the distribution state of the color spots are very similar to those of India red stone, and the visual effect of the appearance of the India red stone is achieved. Glazing in one time is adopted, the labor cost is greatly reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
