Preparation method of flexible transparent ceramic film
The present invention belongs to the technical field of inorganic ceramic materials, and in particular relates to a preparation method of a flexible transparent ceramic film. The present invention is as below: first pressing a ceramic body into a cylindrical body; scanning and sintering a circular surface of the ceramic body by using CO2 laser; forming a transparent ceramic film on the ceramic body surface; coating an organic transparent glue on the surface of the transparent ceramic film; then drying in an oven to dry and solidify the organic glue; polishing off the remaining portion of the ceramic body besides the transparent ceramic film by a grinding machine, so as to obtain the remaining part which is a double transparent structure of transparent ceramic film and organic transparent glue. The invention has low cost, does not require complicated steps and large sophisticated equipment; and the obtained transparent film is dense and smooth, and has good quality.
