Retarding aliphatic superplasticizer synthesis method
The present invention discloses a retarding aliphatic superplasticizer synthesis method. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) dissolving glucose and sodium sulfite with water and adjusting the pH of the solution to 10-14; and (2) adding acetone into the solution obtained in step (1), and performing a reaction at 70-120 DEG C for 1-5 h to obtain the retarding aliphatic superplasticizer. The mole ratio of the glucose to the acetone is (0.5-3.5):1. The retarding aliphatic superplasticizer synthesized by using the method of the invention has the effects of reducing water and retarding. According to different addition amounts, the retarding aliphatic superplasticizer can meet different engineering requirements with good effects. Meanwhile, the product is lower in cost and has no formaldehyde pollution.
