A stayed-cable steel anchor beam structure is set on a corbel (2) of a concrete cable-stayed bridge tower wall (1); the steel anchor beam structure comprises steel beams (3) and steel anchor heads (4); the steel anchor beam structure is characterized in that two groups of the steel beams (3) and two groups of the steel anchor heads (4) are provided; the two groups of the steel anchor heads (4) are set oppositely; and the two groups of the steel beams (3) are symmetrically set at two sides of the steel anchor heads (4) and are connected to two groups of the steal anchor heads (4). According to the invention, the space occupation is small, thus the stayed-cable steel anchor beam structure is suitable for a concrete cable-stayed bridge tower with small cross section and small space inside the tower; a climbing ladder is set conveniently; the installation and the maintenance are convenient; and the problem of stress concentration is avoided effectively, thus the safety is high.
