Integral steel anchor beam of cable-stayed bridge and construction method of anchor beam
The invention particularly relates to an integral type steel anchor beam of a cable-stayed bridge. The integral type steel anchor beam is characterized in that a steel anchor beam system is composed of a steel anchor beam, a supporting structure, a limiting structure and a detachable and reusable temporary support. The steel anchor beam adopts an anchoring structure with a double-I-beam section and anchoring stay cables arranged at the two ends, and is manufactured and formed at a time in an all-welded mode. The supporting structure comprises a supporting bracket, a supporting padstone, an upper supporting steel base plate, a lower supporting steel base plate and a polytetrafluoroethylene plate and is used for supporting the steel anchor beam and transmitting the vertical component force of a stay cable to the main tower. The limiting structure comprises a transverse limiting block and a longitudinal limiting block and is used for restraining horizontal displacement of the steel anchorbeam under unbalanced cable force. The temporary support is of a truss structure composed of vertical web members, inclined web members, gusset plates and other components and used for supporting andpositioning the steel anchor beam in the construction period. The integral steel anchor beam of the cable-stayed bridge is manufactured and formed at a time, and the integrity of the structure is improved.
