A movable barrier on an emergency exit of an expressway is provided with two base bodies. A plurality of movably connected inhaul cables are arranged between the two base bodies, and at least one set of elastic components is arranged on each inhaul cable in a series connecting mode. According to the elastic components of one structure, core rods are arranged in sleeve tubes, compression springs are arranged on the core rods in a sleeving mode, one end of each core rod serves as an elastic end, the other ends of the core rods are fixedly connected with pressing discs, one end of each compression spring is in pressing connection with the corresponding pressing disc, the other ends of the compression springs are in movable pressing connection with one ends of the sleeve tubes, and the other ends of the sleeve tubes serve as the other elastic ends. According to the elastic components of the other structure, movable pull springs are arranged in spring sleeves, the two tension ends of the pull springs are fixedly connected with one ends of two corresponding connecting rods respectively, the other ends of the two corresponding connecting rods serve as two elastic ends, and inner edges are arranged in the spring sleeves. A buffer plate is fixedly connected to one side of each inhaul cable. Energy absorption devices are arranged on the outer side of the base body or the outer sides of the inhaul cables, and provided with frames with wheels, the frames are loaded with water bags, the two sides of the water bags are fixedly connected with nylon plates, and one nylon plate is in movable pressing connection with the vertical face of the base body or the inhaul cables.
