Light scoria wallboard for construction
The invention relates to a concrete panel applicable to interior walls of housing construction, particularly to a light scoria wallboard for construction. The light scoria wallboard is prepared through carrying out trilateral high-frequency vibration and formation by a screw extrusion type vibration and extrusion wallboard machine, and introducing wet and hot air at the temperature of 50-70 DEG C into a curing kiln for maintenance for 14-16 hours on mixed materials comprising the following components by mass percent: 55-65% of scoria, 18-26% of cement, 4-15% of fly ash, 5-12% of basalt powder and 0.18-0.25% of basalt chopped fiber. According to the light scoria wallboard, scoria is adopted as an aggregate, cement is adopted as a gel material, fly ash and basalt powder are adopted as a filler and an activator, and basalt chopped fiber is added so as to strengthen the bending resistance and shock resistance, as a result, the physical and mechanical properties can be achieved, most indexes are superior to the JG/T169-2005 standard of wallboards for construction, and the light scoria wallboard has the advantages of being stable in properties and free of any environmental pollution.
