The invention discloses a self-cleaning ladle inner liner gunning mix, which is prepared from 30-50 parts of high purity fused magnesia whose raw material particle size is 0.1-3mm, 15-30 parts of natural pyrophillite whose particle size is 0.1-3mm, 1-5 parts of bentonite whose particle size is 220 mesh, 1-5 parts of silicon powder whose particle size is 2mum or less, 1-5 parts of calcium aluminate cement whose particle size is 325 mesh, 0.1-0.5 parts of composite water reducer composed of sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium hexametaphosphate and 0.5-1 parts of quick-drying agent. According to the invention, the raw material ratio is scientific, high purity fused magnesia is used as a mainly raw material, high-quality bentonite is used as a plasticizer, a calcium aluminate cement is used as a binder, and the obtained gunning mix is green and environmental protection. During construction, the gunning mix has the advantages of good fluidity and caking property, high intensity, long usage life and erosion resistance; the ladle (inner liner) after gunning always keeps clean state in the usage process, thereby effectively solving the slag adhesion problem of ladle, and the gunning mix does not pollute molten steel, thereby benefiting production of clean steel, improving turnover efficiency of ladle and realizing energy saving and consumption reduction purpose of the steel factory.
