The present invention discloses a construction method of a tramcar overall-type roadbed. A track skeleton rail-erection type construction method is adopted. Short sleepers are manufactured in factories, short sleepers and 25 mm imporous steel rails are transported to a rail laying construction site by automobiles, track skeletons are erected by through steel rail supports, working procedure construction such as track rough adjustment, reinforcing steel bar tying and framework erecting are simultaneously carried out, and after all the working procedure construction achieves requirements for design technical specifications, roadbed concrete pouring is carried out. The construction method is reasonable in construction design, excellent in construction quality and fast in construction, the construction progress is fastened and the production cost is lowered.
