The invention relates to the technical field of urban rail transit, in particular to a tramcar roadbed structure and a construction method thereof. The roadbed structure comprises a supporting layer arranged above an existing main roadbed layer, a track is laid above the supporting layer, the existing main roadbed layer is arranged on an existing main road cushion layer, the supporting layer is embedded in an existing main pavement layer, pipe ditches used for containing pipelines are embedded in the two sides of the supporting layer, and the bottoms of the pipe ditches extend into the existing main roadbed layer. The track structure is directly laid on the existing main roadbed layer, damage to the existing main road is greatly reduced, the earthwork excavation amount is reduced, the existing main roadbed layer is used as a tramcar foundation bed layer, the construction cost can be reduced, the construction period can be shortened, and the influence on the surrounding environment is reduced; meanwhile, the pipe ditches are arranged on the two sides of the supporting layer, the pipelines are laid in a classified mode, later pipeline maintenance and overhaul are facilitated, practicability is high, and good application prospects and social and economic values are achieved.
本发明涉及城市轨道交通技术领域,尤其涉及一种有轨电车路基结构及其施工方法;该路基结构包括设置在既有主干路基层上方的支承层,支承层上方铺设有轨道,既有主干路基层设置在既有主干路垫层上,支承层嵌设在既有主干路面层内,支承层的两侧埋设有用于容纳管线的管沟,管沟的底部延伸至既有主干路基层内。本发明直接在既有主干路基层上铺设轨道结构,极大地减少了对既有主干路的破坏,减少土方开挖量,且利用既有主干路基层作为有轨电车基床层,可以降低工程造价,缩短工期,减小对周边环境影响;同时在支承层两侧布设管沟,对管线进行分类敷设,便于后期管线的维护管养及检修,实用性强,具有良好的应用前景和社会经济价值。
