Multifunctional baking cylinder
The invention discloses a multifunctional baking cylinder. The multifunctional baking cylinder comprises a feeding box, a discharging box, an underframe and a cylinder body, wherein the cylinder body is supported on the underframe; multistage raising zones are sequentially arranged on the inner wall of the cylinder body from the feeding box to the discharging box; the raising zone of each stage consists of a plurality of raising blades which are uniformly distributed around the axis of the cylinder body and in different shapes; every two adjacent stages of the raising blades are interlaced each other; an interlayer is formed between the outer wall of a combustion chamber and the inner wall of the cylinder body; box-shaped raising blades are arranged in the interlayer; the multifunctional baking cylinder is also provided with a combustor while in use; an ignition opening is formed in one end of the combustor and connected with the combustion chamber together. Compared with the prior art, the multifunctional baking cylinder disclosed by the invention is simple in structure and reasonable in design; the multifunctional baking cylinder can be independently used for baking and heating new sand-gravel aggregate, and can also be used for heating the mixture of new sand-gravel and RSP reclaimed materials of asphalt pavements; the unique structure of the multifunctional baking cylinder can avoid the phenomenon that raising plates adhere materials, and the mixed materials can also be screened and graded after heated.
