The invention discloses a construction method for a geogrid concrete structure replacing filled block stone or grouted block stone. The construction method comprises the following steps of firstly, manufacturing geogrids (2) according to design size; secondly, determining excavation side lines, excavating foundation trenches (6) and performing leveling; thirdly, laying woven geotextile (5) at the bottoms of the foundation trenches (6); fourthly, laying a gravel cushion (4) on the woven geotextile (5); fifthly, laying the precast geogrids (2) on the gravel cushion (4); and sixthly, filling the geogrids (2) with concrete (1). According to the construction method, the grids are laid in advance, plain concrete is cast in the grids, the large-area plain concrete is separated through the grids, and anti-impact, anti-floating and soil retaining functions are enhanced; engineering anti-cracking and anti-settling performances are enhanced. The geogrid concrete structure replaces filled block stone or grouted block stone, the problem of temperature cracks is solved, and the engineering anti-scouring performance and stability are greatly enhanced.
