The invention provides a bridge-cutoff heat insulation aluminum alloy door and window universal turning corner, which comprises an outer side turning corner and an inner side turning corner, wherein a transition connection turning corner sectional materials is also arranged in a direction of the extending line of the outer side turning corner; and a bridge-cutoff heat insulation splicing aluminum alloy sectional material is in vertical arrangement relative to the transition connection turning corner sectional material. The bridge-cutoff heat insulation aluminum alloy door and window universal turning corner also comprises a round pipe bridge-cutoff heat insulation aluminum alloy sectional material with the round vertical cross section; the round pipe bridge-cutoff heat insulation aluminum alloy sectional material is broken along the middle of the vertical direction of the round pipe bridge-cutoff heat insulation aluminum alloy sectional material; the two broken parts are connected through a third heat insulation strip; a notch is formed between one movable ends of the two transition connection turning corner sectional materials; a rotating space in which the round pipe bridge-cutoff heat insulation aluminum alloy sectional material rotates is defined among the notches, the two opposite side surfaces of the two transition connection turning corner sectional materials and the side surfaces of the bridge-cutoff heat insulation splicing aluminum alloy sectional material; and a rotating space is formed between the outer circle of the round pipe bridge-cutoff heat insulation aluminum alloy sectional material and the side surface of the middle part of bridge-cutoff heat insulation aluminum splicing alloy sectional material. The heat insulation effect achieving incapability due to position staggered contact of outer and inner aluminum materials during different angle regulation is avoided.
