A double-layer broken bridge isothermal heat insulation aluminum alloy inward opening door and window comprises an outer frame assembly, an inner frame assembly of an inward opening structure is installed on the inner side of the interior of the outer frame assembly, a screen window assembly is installed on the outer side of the interior of the outer frame assembly, and a glass assembly is installed in the inner frame assembly; two first heat insulation sealing rubber strips are installed in the outer frame assembly, a third heat insulation sealing rubber strip and a fourth heat insulation sealing rubber strip are installed in the inner frame assembly, and an isobaric sealing piece is installed between the first heat insulation sealing rubber strip and the fourth heat insulation sealing rubber strip which are located on the upper portion. The frame material adopts the double-layer broken bridge design, the glass plate and the multi-stage heat insulation strips are located on the same vertical isotherm, and the heat insulation performance can be effectively improved according to the isothermal principle.
