High-strength thermal insulation full lightweight concrete and preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses high-strength thermal insulation full lightweight concrete and a preparation method and application thereof. The high-strength thermal insulation full lightweight concrete comprises, by weight, 25.1-30.8 parts of ordinary portland cement, 6.3-7.7 parts of class-II flyash, 0.38-0.46 part of water-reducing agents, 0.06-0.08 part of water-retaining agents, 1-6 parts of floating beads, 1-6 parts of ceramic hollow microspheres, 0.08-0.1 part of polypropylene fibers, 39.20-48.86 parts of haycite and 0-26.9 parts of pottery sand. According to the high-strength thermal insulation full lightweight concrete and the preparation method and application thereof, the haycite and the pottery sand are adopted, and particularly by means of the floating beads and the ceramic hollow microspheres, the density of the full lightweight concrete is reduced; meanwhile, the water-reducing agents and the polypropylene fibers are adopted, the strength of the full lightweight concrete is improved, and the contradiction between the density and the strength is successfully solved; the good thermal insulation effect is achieved; the processing property is good, cellulose ether, the polypropylene fibers and the water-reducing agents are adopted, the defect that lightweight aggregate is prone to hollowing and cracking due to the fact that the lightweight aggregate floats upward and is delaminated is prevented, the material homogeneity is good, two procedures, namely steel wire gauze laying and fine aggregate concrete protective layer laying, are omitted, and the construction performance and workability are good.
