Ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a ceramic material shown in the formula (I) (shown in the description). The ceramic material is a single-phase ceramic material and adopts the structure that four layers of perovskite layers and five layers of perovskite layers grow together in a long-structure period and are connected through bismuth oxide layers. Since the ceramic material has the structure characteristics, so that the ceramic material is enabled to have ferroelectric transformation temperature and ferromagnetic transformation temperature far higher than room temperature, therefore, the ceramic material has good ferroelectricity and ferromagnetism simultaneously at room temperature. The invention further provides a preparation method for the ceramic material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing raw materials, burning and pre-sintering after drying by distillation, and sintering after compression moulding.
