The coating is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40 to 65 parts of aluminum oxide, 30 to 55 parts of fluxing agent, 7 to 17 parts of clay, 0.2 to 1 part of carboxymethyl cellulose and an appropriate amount of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the aluminum oxide, the fluxing agent, the clay and the water into a ball mill, ball-milling to obtain 0.2 to 1.0 percent residue on a 325-mesh sieve, then adding the carboxymethyl cellulose, ball-milling for 30 minutes and obtaining the coating. Before ceramic sintering, pre-coating a base plate on which ceramic is placed with a layer of the coating can effectively prevent sticking. The ceramic sintering antisticking coating has the characteristics of reasonable coating formula, long antisticking duration, infrequent needs of coating, high production efficiency and effectively reduced cost. The ceramic sintering antisticking coating is applied in a process of sintering the ceramic, and has the advantages of difficulty in cracking and falling off and uneasiness in dusting, so ceramic ware is favorably kept clean and tidy, and the defective rate of products can be effectively reduced.
