The invention discloses a barium slag cement pile and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of (1) mixing cement, sand, barium slag, ocher powder, coal ash, rare earth oxide, sodium methylenebisnaphthalenesulphonate, triterpenoid saponin, calcium stearate and water to prepare concrete; (2) pouring the concrete into a steel reinforcement framework to form a cement pile blank body; and (3) curing the cement pile blank body to obtain the barium slag cement pile. By using the method, the cement pile with excellent mechanical properties can be prepared from barium slag instead of sand, and meanwhile, no severe requirements for curing conditions are proposed.
