The invention discloses a nickel slag cement pile and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing cement, sand, a nickel slag, pyrophyllite in powder, coal ashes, rare earth oxide, sodium sulfamate, triterpene saponin, polyurethane particles and water to prepare concrete; (2) casting the concrete into a reinforcement cage to form a cement pile body; and (3) conserving the cement pile body to prepare the nickel slag cement pile. By virtue of the method, the cement pile with excellent mechanical property can be prepared from the nickel slag instead of partial sand; meanwhile, the method is free of a stringent requirement on the conservation condition.
