The invention discloses a pyrite slag cement pile and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing cement, sand, pyrite slag, dolomite powder, coal ash, rare-earth oxide, triisopropanolamine, triterpenoid saponin, polysorbate and water to obtain concrete; (2) pouring the concrete into a steel reinforcing bar skeleton to form a cement pile blank body; and (3) maintaining the cement pile blank body to obtain pyrite slag cement pile. According to the method, the pyrite slag is used for substituting partial sand to prepare the cement pile which is excellent in mechanical performance, and the requirement on the maintenance condition is not high.
