High-attenuation multiple non-linear stiffness vibration and noise reduction elastic base plate
The invention discloses a high-attenuation multiple non-linear stiffness vibration and noise reduction elastic base plate which comprises an elastic bulge and an eccentric spring contained in the elastic bulge. When the elastic base plate is in an idle load, the elastic bulge is pre-pressed, the stiffness of the elastic base plate is mainly provided by the elastic bulge, and the stiffness is high; when a wheel load is about to be loaded but not yet fully loaded, the eccentric spring is in a non-instable state, the stiffness of the elastic base plate is mainly provided by the eccentric spring, and the stiffness is extra-high; when the wheel load is further loaded, the eccentric spring is instable, the stiffness of the elastic base plate is provided by the parallel connection of the eccentric spring and the elastic bulge, and the stiffness is low; and when the wheel load is loaded to be full, the loading area of the elastic bulge is increased to the maximum and the thickness of the elastic bulge is reduced to the minimum so as to increase the stiffness of the elastic base plate, the eccentric spring and the elastic bulge form a parallel spring, and the stiffness is high. The elastic base plate disclosed by the invention realizes parallel connection of two non-linear springs with different characteristics, has variable stiffness, and also keeps the characteristics of simple structure, fast installation and convenient adjustment.
