A noise reduction, vibration attenuation and ventilation pump station comprises a water pump, a water inlet, an air inlet, an air outlet, a one-way sound transmission piece, a sound reflection piece and a long bolt, a fan is arranged in the air outlet, an anti-blocking cock is arranged at the bottom of an S-shaped bent pipe, the sound reflection piece and the one-way sound transmission piece are clamped in a sliding rail, limiting blocks are arranged at the top and the bottom of the sliding rail, and the sound reflection piece is connected with the short bolt through a thread pair.
