Method for mounting and rapidly and accurately positioning main tower cable guide pipe of cable-stayed bridge
The invention discloses a method for mounting and rapidly and accurately positioning a main tower cable guide pipe of a cable-stayed bridge. The method comprises the following steps of S10, making a stiff skeleton segment and a positioning device and assembling the positioning device on the stiff skeleton segment; S20, preliminarily positioning a cable guide pipe on the stiff skeleton segment through the positioning device; S30, firmly welding the bottom of the positioned stiff skeleton segment and the top of a previous stiff skeleton segment of a main tower of the cable-stayed bridge; and S40, adjusting the cable guide pipe on the stiff skeleton segment through the positioning device, locking the positioning device and moving a saddle plate to stick to an outer wall plate of the lower part of the cable guide pipe; and fixedly welding the saddle plate and the stiff skeleton segment as well as the cable guide pipe and the saddle plate. According to the invention, the construction period can be prevented from being affected by twice separate lifting of the stiff skeleton segment and the cable guide pipe; the safety risks in aerial lifting operations are reduced; the construction difficulty of cable guide pipe positioning is reduced; the construction procedures are reduced; the working period is shortened; the construction operation is simple and convenient; the erection of a large working platform can be saved; and the construction period is shortened.
