The invention relates to a double-rolling-brush type tunnel cleaning machine. The double-rolling-brush type tunnel cleaning machine is composed of a swinging mechanism, jacking mechanisms, working mechanisms and an electrical control part. The swinging mechanism is composed of a hydraulic motor, a rotating disc, a connecting rod, a lower support and a shaft fixed to a vehicle body. A four-rod crank and rocker mechanism is formed, and left-and-right swinging of the whole working device is achieved. Each jacking mechanism is mainly composed of a hydraulic cylinder, a fixed supporting rod fixed to a lower supporting rod and an upper supporting rod. Each upper supporting rod is connected with the corresponding lower supporting rod through a spline so as to be used for adjusting up-and-down movement of the corresponding working mechanism. Each working mechanism is composed of small chain gears, a sun gear, planet gears, large chain gears, rolling brushes, a gear ring, chains, a support and an upper supporting rod hydraulic motor, wherein the small chain gears, the sun gear, the planet gears and the large chain gears are installed on a connecting plate. The working mechanisms are used for driving autorotation and revolution of the rolling brushes. The cleaning effect on the wall face of a tunnel is achieved.
