The invention discloses a GFRP (glass fiber reinforced plastics), steel and high-strength concrete combined beam and a construction method thereof. The GFRP, steel and high-strength concrete combined beam comprises a compressed beam body region, a plurality of welding studs, steel webs, a GFRP hollow tube and a tensioned steel plate; the compressed beam body region is made of concrete; the welding studs are embedded in a concrete beam body along the length direction of the compressed beam body region; the steel webs are fixedly welded with the welding studs; the GFRP hollow tube is arranged in an opening cavity formed by the steel webs; the tensioned steel plate is welded with the steel webs so as to close the opening end of the cavity; the outer wall of the GFRP hollow tube is close to a side wall of the concrete beam body region, side walls of the steel webs or a side wall of the tensioned steel plate; and a bent portion is arranged at one end, which is close to the compressed beam body region, of each steel web. A hollow cavity is formed in the combined beam; and the structure weight is light, materials are saved, and the steel webs on two sides of the combined beam can be welded with other plates, connection is facilitated, and reliability is quite high. By the combined beam, mechanical properties of materials can be fulfilled sufficiently; the bearing capacity of the combined beam is improved; and construction is safe.
