The invention relates to an interior wall perlite heat-insulating decorating plate for buildings and a manufacturing method thereof. Whitewash or wall powder for painting a traditional interior wall stains easily, is unable to be scrubbed and is suitable for common buildings, higher-grade matt mixed paint for buildings has rich colors and rarely stains, organic solvents mixed in this paint are of high volatilization quantity, air is polluted, and health of constructors is affected. The interior wall perlite heat-insulating decorating plate for buildings comprises a heat-insulating decorating plate (9); the heat-insulating decorating plate comprises a perlite heat-insulating plate (3); an upper plane of the perlite heat-insulating plate is coated with an anti-cracking mortar plaster A (4); alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh (5) is placed on an upper plane of the anti-cracking mortar plaster; an upper plane of the alkali-resistant fiberglass mesh is coated with an anti-cracking mortar plaster B (6); an upper plane of the anti-cracking mortar plaster B is coated with flexible waterproof putty (7); an upper plane of the flexible waterproof putty is pasted to a decorating plate (8). The interior wall perlite heat-insulating decorating plate for buildings is applicable to building interior walls.
