The invention discloses hooks for laying marble and a tool thereof and a laying and pasting method. The hooks for laying marble and the tool thereof and the laying and pasting method aim at achieving the purposes that marble and cement mortar are more firmly connected, and dovetail grooves can be formed in a marble plate to contain the hooks. The hooks comprise hook bodies in a shape like a Greek letter 'omega', and the cross sections of the hook bodies are rectangular. The tool comprises a grinding head and a grinding handle. The grinding head is a cone with the upper portion smaller than the lower portion, an inner positioning sleeve is arranged on the grinding handle, a bearing is arranged at the lower end of the inner positioning sleeve, and inverted-Y-shaped positioning feet are arranged outside the bearing. After the grinding handle is installed on the power tool and the grinding head is controlled by positioning wheels to enter the marble by certain depth, the dovetail grooves capable of containing part of the hook bodies can be formed in the marble plate, the two ends of the hook bodies, the marble application face and the cement mortar embedded into the dovetail grooves are combined together, the marble is not prone to falling down, and construction is easy.
