Novel filament carbon fiber face heating floor and processing technique thereof
The present invention provides a novel filament carbon fiber face heating floor and a processing technique thereof. The processing technique comprises a first step of applying a twist to carbon fiber filaments to form weak twist carbon fiber filaments, and forming a carbon fiber woven fabric after weaving with other fibers and tailoring; a second step of laying the carbon fiber woven fabric manufactured in the first step onto an insulating layer, connecting two ends of a carbon fiber heating layer with a temperature limiter through connectors and electrodes, laying another insulating layer onto the surface, and forming the carbon fiber heating layer after vacuum high-temperature solidification; and a third step of laminating a thermal conductive layer, the carbon fiber heating layer manufactured in the second step, and a dampproof layer together in turn, pre-pressing the surface to form a small plate, and carrying out chamfering, slotting and hole grinding at the periphery of the small plate, thus to form the novel filament carbon fiber face heating floor. The novel filament carbon fiber face heating floor is high in temperature rise rate, high in electric-thermal conversion efficiency, excellent in mechanical strength, long in service life, and environment-friendly and safe.
