Method for comprehensively utilizing waste concrete and sludge to produce ecologic clinker
A method for comprehensively utilizing waste concrete and sludge to produce ecologic clinker is characterized in that the ecologic silicate clinker is prepared from waste concrete, sludge, a correction material and an alteration agent through a dry rotary kiln production line technology. The method concretely comprises the following steps: 1, preparing materials; 2, proportioning: carrying out microcomputer proportioning according to the following proportions: waste concrete 70-82%, sludge 10-20%, correction material 0-15% and alteration agent 0.5-3.0%, wherein the sum of the proportions of the materials is 100%; 3, pulverizing: grinding the above obtained mixed material by a vertical raw material milling system to obtain a powdery waste raw material with the 80[mu]m screen residue rate being not greater than 18%; and 4, calcining: sending the powdery waste raw material into a dry rotary kiln system, and calcining at 1350-1450DEG C for 20-45min. The method fully utilizes the most widespread and maximum limestone coarse aggregate waste concrete, sludge and other wastes, and benefits transition of a cement enterprise to green and environmentally-friendly industry.
