The invention discloses a method for comprehensively utilizing silicon-manganese alloy fly ash and waste acid to produce battery-grade manganese sulfate . The method comprises the following steps: washing low-grade silicon-manganese alloy fly ash with dilute sulfuric acid having a concentration of 20%; removing slag to obtain a sulfate solution, wherein the sulfate comprises manganese sulfate, calcium sulfate, aluminum sulfate and magnesium sulfate; adjusting the concentrations of calcium sulfate, aluminum sulfate and magnesium sulfate in the sulfate solution so as to allow calcium sulfate, aluminum sulfate and magnesium sulfate to generate calcium-magnesium alum coprecipitate; adding a certain amount of manganese powder; and separating calcium-magnesium alum to obtain a manganese sulfatesolution, and crystallizing the obtained manganese sulfate solution at a high temperature; and separating crystals so as to obtain manganese sulfate. According to the method, the waste dilute sulfuricacid is used for treating the silicon-manganese alloy fly ash, so the manganese element in the silicon-manganese alloy fly ash can be effectively recycled, and the waste dilute sulfuric acid can be effectively utilized; the calcium-magnesium alum can be used as a raw material of a cement plant, so effective recycling and reusing of resources are achieved; and the manganese sulfate solution is purified through two reactions including coprecipitation and replacement, so high-purity manganese sulfate is obtained.
