The invention discloses a heat-resistant cement column. The cement column comprises cement, stones, sand, coal ash, plant fibers, polyether-ether-ketone, polybutylene terephthalate, polyphenyl ether, nano iron trioxide, organic silicon, water, and a water reducer. The invention further discloses a preparation method for the heat-resisting cement column. The preparation method comprises: (1) mixing the cement, stones, sand, coal ash, plant fibers, polyether-ether-ketone, polybutylene terephthalate, polyphenyl ether, nano iron trioxide, organic silicon, water, and the water reducer to prepare concrete; and (2) pouring the concrete into a framework of steel reinforcement, and then, curing the framework of steel reinforcement to prepare the heat-resisting cement column, wherein the organic silicon is one or more of methyl silicone oil, methyl trichlorosilane and silicon rubber. The heat-resisting cement column prepared by the method has relatively high compressive strength and splitting tensile strength, and also has extremely excellent heat resistance.
